Theft is strictly forbidden. Any cleaner found to have stolen from a customer, regardless of value or circumstances, will be:

You may accept available jobs through the platform. Once you accept a booking, you commit to attending at the agreed date and time. Failure to attend may result in suspension or removal.

Each booking includes a start code and end code given to the customer.
Incorrect or fraudulent codes may lead to suspension and loss of payment.
